Option
You can earn your PPS credential online if you already have a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or education; the PPS Credential in School Counseling is a stand-alone option that allows transfer credit and practicum hours so you continue to grow, rather than repeat.

MAE in School Counseling with Pupil Personnel Services Credential
In this master’s program you’ll receive the training you need to help students with the many challenges they face as they pursue academic success. With your MAE in School Counseling degree, you’ll have a solid foundation to work from in helping students thrive through their schooling at an both academic and personal level.

EdS in School Counseling with Pupil Personnel Services Credential
The Education Specialist program takes your training beyond the master’s degree and prepares you to interact directly with students one-on-one, offering them support and helping them to overcome the hurdles that can derail their education. It also prepares you for your National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) certification, and provides most coursework toward licensure such as the Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
