“This is a profession in which you can really change the hearts and minds of many and really extend your impact…there are many opportunities to be able to completely transform systems and be able to provide the support in more than just direct ways that exponentially increases your impact in the lives of many students.”

- Rodrigo Enciso, School Psychologist and CSOE Alumnus

“I deliberately chose CSPP because it is a professional school, I knew I wanted to be a practitioner, and I went to Alliant for that unique model. The school provided a good balance for making you a good consumer of data and science, yet also preparing you to work as a professional.”

- Mark Blankenship, CSPP Alumnus

“I realized that it was the perfect place to challenge my skills and experience working with different populations - I knew that no matter where I went after - I would have experience working with several diverse populations.”

Why Alliant?

Small Classes,
Tailored Guidance

The dedication from, and interaction with, our faculty is an essential part of our program. We keep our classes small, so you can connect with your instructor, classmates, and staff. From projects, research, and readings throughout your coursework, to the entire topic of your dissertation, you receive guidance from those who have been there before, so you can get where you want to go.

Hands-on Learning

As with all of Alliant’s programs, field training is paired with classroom learning. You will learn vital theories while also learning how to effectively direct finances, manage resources, and manage staff effectively—leaving you primed to lead in your career as soon as you take your first step off of the commencement stage.

Credential Collaboration

If you have already taken our Administrative Services Credential Program, you can reduce the coursework needed for this degree from 46 to 34 credits. This means you can get the same quality education in just over 1 year, instead of about 3 years.

Two New Specializations

Our new EdD in Educational Leadership and Management Degree Program format  is offered with two new specialization tracks in Social Justice Studies and K-12/Charter School Studies; and is only 46 credits long, removing almost a full year from your path to an EdD.
